Figgle Terms of Service
Article 1. Purpose and services
These Terms set out the conditions for using Figgle, provided by Lunaair Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). Figgle is a web service supporting research data collection and management, research document management, and related work. Available features and usage limits depend on the subscription plan or a separate agreement.
Article 2. Member obligations
Members must register accurate information and securely manage their accounts and access permissions. Identity theft, unauthorized access, disruption of the service, and uploading or using materials without authorization are prohibited.
Article 3. Paid services and payments
Fees, whether value-added tax is included, the service period, and when access will be provided are disclosed before payment. Recurring payments are made only with the member’s consent. If recurring fees increase or a free service is converted to a paid recurring subscription, the Company will provide advance notice and obtain consent as required by applicable law. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the separately published Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Rights to uploaded materials remain with the member or the rightful rights holder. Members must have a lawful basis and the necessary authorization to collect, upload, and use research materials. The Company processes materials only to the extent necessary to provide and protect the service. Where a research institution requires personal information processing to be entrusted to the Company, a separate agreement will define the scope of processing and the conditions for return and destruction.
Article 5. Service operation and liability
The Company may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, outages, or security needs. If advance notice is impracticable, notice will be provided afterward. The service supports research work and does not replace medical judgment or an assessment of the validity of research results. The Company and members are each responsible under applicable law for damage attributable to their respective fault.
Article 6. Account withdrawal and restrictions
Members may request account withdrawal through a service feature or the contact email. For violations of these Terms, the Company may restrict use to the extent necessary after explaining the reasons. Account withdrawal is separate from the deletion of research materials managed by research institutions; such materials are handled according to lawful retention grounds and separate agreements.
Article 7. Changes and disputes
Changes to these Terms and their effective date will be announced at least 7 days in advance. Material changes or changes unfavorable to members will be individually notified at least 30 days in advance. Separate consent will be obtained where required by law. Matters not covered by these Terms and disputes are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
